1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Inkfolio account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Not Financial Advice

Inkfolio is a journaling and reflection tool. AI Coach insights are educational observations of your own behavior — not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security. Always do your own research.

3. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not abuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service. One account per person.

5. Limitation of Liability

Inkfolio is provided "as is". We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.
